About the webinar:
Every Horizon Europe collaborative project must appoint one of its consortium members as the official project coordinator.
From our experience working on collaborative projects, we find that many researchers are reluctant to take on the coordinator role, for fear of the additional administrative burden. This creates an internal consortium dilemma, which many partners are left unsure how to resolve.
During the webinar, we will discuss the topic of becoming project coordinators for collaborative projects in Horizon Europe. We’ll introduce various “coordination structures” that can be implemented, and discuss strategies and methodologies that will encourage interested researchers to take on this leading role, and resolve this dilemma for consortiums to come.
We highly recommend joining us for this very important and uncharted Horizon Europe topic!

Are you applying for a Horizon Europe call which implements the lump sum budget model?
Join our upcoming free webinar!
In an effort to reduce existing complexities associated with the EU’s funding programme, Horizon Europe has expanded its use of the Lump Sum budget model (in addition to the existing actual cost model). The plan is likely to expand its presence even more in the future, which means it is important to get familiar with this funding model.

Currently finalizing its third cut-off evaluation process, the EIC Transition is a relatively new funding scheme within the European framework programme. It aims to build on results generated in ERC PoC, EIC Pathfinder and FET (Horizon 2020) projects, and to take novel, groundbreaking technologies from lab to market.
The unique nature of the grant focuses on technological and business maturation, and thus requires a significant shift from a strictly research-oriented mindset to one that combines research and technological development work with a market-oriented perspective.
Since the launch of EIC Transition in 2021, the Enspire Science team has been involved in numerous applications - either as project initiators & coordinators or as consultants, leading projects from concept initiation to interview and success! Having recently participated in the 3rd cutoff's interviews, our team would like to share some of our lessons learned to help future applicants that have their eyes set on this programme.
During the session, we will discuss the unique nature of the grant and provide useful tools and tips to meet the grant requirements, present a competitive proposal and succeed in the interview.
